Here's the situation Bond.  You completed the Goldeneye affair, and all surviving Janus syndicate mercenaries have been rounded up and put into custody.  However, Janus's Control Center, and their other hideouts, are still intact for the most part. Rather than demolish these structures, we've decided to use them as training centers for our Double "O" agents.  You will encounterfrom one to three other opponents, including friends and foes, inside the maze like arenas.  Live and Let Die is your mission.
